  • Sign Up for our Athletix Performance Training - Online Training Program at https://AthletixGym.com
  • One of our coaches will contact you to set up a time to meet with you in a virtual meeting to establish your goals & time line
  • Once we have established your goals & timeline, we will develop your customized Fitness & Nutrition Program and set you up on our Live App
  • Once you are setup on our Live App, you will Log In Daily and follow your training session and nutrition plan & log your results
  • Each week we will review the week you completed and preview your upcoming week
  • Each week we will answer any question you may have in our coaches meeting and make sure you understand your program fully
  • We will hold a LIVE workshop each month to help athletes learn new movements, tips on nutrition, hydration, sleep and recovery strategies
